What is the Collective?

El Colectivo is our community for mountain professionals and athletes. A space designed for those who work, train, and live in real terrain: guides, instructors, patrols, rescuers, industry professionals, and athletes who push their equipment to the maximum.

More than just a discount program, Colectivo seeks to create a collaborative system where performance, feedback, and mountain experience are valued. You'll also get preferential access to discounts, new releases, products in development, and exclusive benefits.


If this sounds like something for you, follow these steps to apply:

  1. Create a user account on Noroc. THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION.

  2. Send your application to the Collective by email to contacto@norocwear.com with the following information:

Information we need for your application:

  1. Email Subject: Application to the Collective / First Name, Last Name

  2. Email content: The category that best represents you
    Choose one from the list:

    • Mountain/Ski Guide
    • Ski/Mountain Instructor
    • Ski/mountain athlete
    • Ski patrol
    • Avalanche professional
    • Mountain photographer
    • Other (please specify)


3. Category Validation:

If it is one of the professional categories, a contract or document certifying your work in that area is sufficient.

If it is a non-professional activity, then we ask for some context that allows us to understand your participation as a mountain athlete.

In both cases, include your Instagram account. (We value motivation and creativity in applying, which may include photos, videos, etc...)

Your application will be reviewed and you will receive a response as soon as possible.

Group: Terms and Conditions

  1. Membership is by application, is not guaranteed, and may be revoked at any time.

  2. This membership does not exclude or restrict you from collaborating with other brands in the industry.

  3. The information submitted in the application is true and verifiable.

  4. Purchases made from your account are for personal use only. You may not purchase products for friends, family, or acquaintances. Noroc reserves the right to revoke membership at any time if it determines that the program's benefits are being abused.

  5. Resale of products purchased through this membership is prohibited.

  6. If you find any flaws or possible improvements, we hope you will let us know as soon as possible.

  7. Purchases are limited to a total value of $2,000,000 per year. Exceeding this limit will result in automatic removal from the program.

  8. Discounts are not cumulative; you can see public prices and discounts by logging out and choosing the price that best suits you.

  9. Some products may be excluded from the discount, and the percentage may vary depending on the product and category.

IMPORTANT: Collective membership is for personal use only. Noroc reserves the right to revoke membership at any time without prior notice.
