Shipping times
Pre-sale orders will begin shipping the week of April 13th, in the order in which they were received. Depending on your region, your purchase could arrive that same week or the following week.

Furthermore, because at Noroc we constantly seek to improve, if your product presents a manufacturing fault, or something we can improve, after the legal period, please let us know as soon as possible, requesting an evaluation for repair, exchange, or refund, if applicable. Write to us here.
Exchanges and Returns
If the product doesn't fit you well or you changed your mind, you can request an exchange within 30 days or a refund within 10 days, provided it is unused, in perfect condition, and with its original tags. Write to us here with your request.

Where are the products manufactured?
Our garments are manufactured in Hanoi, Vietnam, and our accessories in Shanghai, China, in factories that we specially select because they meet our standards of quality, technology, and labor and environmental conditions.
