Changes and Returns

At Noroc, we want shopping to be simple, and if something didn't fit you well or wasn't what you expected, we want the resolution process to be simple too. This policy applies to purchases made through our website in Chile.

1. Exchanges

If your product doesn't fit you well or you prefer another size, color, or model, you can request an exchange within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

For the exchange to be accepted, the product must meet these conditions:

  • It must be unused
  • It must be in perfect condition
  • It must retain its original tags
  • It must include all original items with which it was delivered

To request an exchange, write to us here or at contacto@norocwear.com with your order number, the product you wish to exchange, and the reason.

Once your request is received, we will instruct you on how to send the product or arrange for its delivery, depending on your location.

When we receive the product and it meets the corresponding conditions, and if the exchange is approved, we will arrange for the shipment of the new product. If the new product has a higher value, you will need to pay the corresponding difference.

2. Returns

If you changed your mind about your purchase, you can request a return within 10 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

For the return to be accepted, the product must meet these conditions:

  • It must be unused
  • It must be in perfect condition
  • It must retain its original tags
  • It must include all original items with which it was delivered

To request an exchange, please write to us here or at contacto@norocwear.com with your order number, the product you wish to exchange, and the reason.

Once your request is received, we will instruct you on how to send the product or arrange for its delivery, depending on your location.

Once the product's condition is received and approved, we will process the refund, which, depending on the payment method, may take from 2 to 15 business days.

3. Warranty for manufacturing defect or flaw

All our products come with a 6-month legal warranty from the receipt of the order, in case of a manufacturing defect or flaw, in accordance with current regulations in Chile.

If your product presents a manufacturing defect within this period, you may request an evaluation here or at contacto@norocwear.com and, if applicable, opt for repair, exchange, or refund.

Additionally, since at Noroc we constantly seek to improve, if your product presents a manufacturing defect, or something we can improve, after the legal period, let us know as soon as possible, requesting an evaluation for repair, exchange, or refund, if applicable. Write to us at contacto@norocwear.com.

The legal warranty does not apply to natural wear and tear from use, damage due to improper care, friction, snags, or accidents.

4. Order error or incorrect product

If you received an incorrect product or there was an error in your order, please write to us as soon as possible here or at contacto@norocwear.com with your order number and a photo of the received product. In that case, we will coordinate the appropriate solution.
